Eric Branson, SPHR has over seventeen years of Human Resouce Management experience. 

He began his HR career with a custom cabinet manufacturer in Waterloo, Iowa which was experiencing phenomenal growth.  He helped to grow that company from 220 employees to over 680 employees in just five years. He directed the company's safety and training functions along with administering the employee benefit plans.

Eric joined First Citizens National Bank, an independent community bank, in Mason City in 1995 as their Vice President of Human Resources.  He established a uniform compensation plan, a performance management system and installed their first Human Resources Information System.

In 2003 he established Eric Branson and Associates a Human Resources Consulting and Outsourcing company.  Since its beginnings he has help many business achieve their HR objectives through policy development, procedural mapping, training and development.

Eric has been recognized as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) by the Human Resources Certification Institute.  He is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and has served as their State Director for Iowa.

Eric has received his bachelors of Arts degree in Business Administration/Education from Wartburg College in Waverly, Iowa.
